If a 1,200-kilometer journey could become a time to reflect on life, would you choose to walk it?
The Shikoku Pilgrimage is exactly such a journey.

What is the Shikoku Pilgrimage

The Shikoku Pilgrimage, also known as the 88 Sacred Temples of Shikoku, is a spiritual journey that follows the footsteps of Kōbō Daishi, who is believed to have trained at sacred sites across the island of Shikoku. The full route stretches about 1,200 kilometers, connecting 88 temples. Pilgrims walk this path not only to trace the legacy of Kōbō Daishi but also to rediscover themselves and reflect on their inner lives.
